🖤 A Note on Dispatch Location:
I want to be fully transparent with you — and please stick with me here, as I did my absolute best to make sure this all went as smoothly as possible. As many of you know, my original plan was to dispatch from the US warehouse to shorten delivery times. However, due to changes in administrative import rules and sudden changes in work permissions, this became unviable.
To ensure your orders are handled with maximum care and speed, I’ve moved all fulfilment to my warehouse here in Australia and have worked tirelessly to ensure everything is ready to go for Monday.
✅ Good news: I’ve confirmed with Australia Post and USPS that there are no additional tariffs or duties for these orders, as the de minimis rule (orders under $800 USD) remains in effect for all orders outside of China, UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx.
Since Australia Post is partnered with USPS, and your orders are coming from and assembled/made in Australia, you’ll have no issues at all — I’ve confirmed this as of today. This is unlikely to change during your dispatch and delivery period.
I chose this route to maintain control and avoid customs delays or warehouse errors. While this wasn’t what I originally planned, it’s the best way to ensure your orders are protected and delivered within the same time period (one month before your concert).
Note: With the upcoming Easter holidays, there may be 2 additional days where tracking updates are paused due to postal closures.
Thank you so much for your understanding and trust — you’ll be able to track your order every step of the way!
And even better news: with my Australia Post partnership, I can now provide cheaper shipping to America for the foreseeable future 🚚
Standard international shipping now costs nearly the same as USPS domestic shipping within the US, and express shipping is around $15–18 USD (for items up to 1kg), depending on your location.
