All international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot control or cover these fees, and packages may be held until they are paid.

đ Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
If your tracking hasnât updated after a reasonable time please reach out to me ASAP at help@seoulsessionsco.com so I can investigate and escalate with AusPost or the relevant courier.
đ Do you offer free shipping?
Right now, I donât offer free shipping, but hereâs why:
As a small business, I partner with Australia Post to offer heavily discounted shipping, and I pass those savings directly on to you. Offering free shipping is something I would love to do as I grow, but at this stage, it's not financially viable, especially as the partnership itself is costly to even be eligable.
That said, I often include free bonus items, loyalty rewards, and packing upgrades as a thank you đ
