What happens if I change my address after placing a pre-order?
If your address changes before your order ships, please contact us at support@seoulsessionsco.com as soon as possible. We can update your shipping details if notified before your item is shipped. If you are unsure of your address at the date (e.g., an unexpected move), please let us know, and we will do our best to make sure you have your bag at your venue city, even if it means we need to organize a meet-up.
Will my pre-order be shipped separately if I order other items?
All pre-orders made outside of Australia will be sent out WITH your pre-order bag when it arrives in April. If you see an item on our website that you want now, please check out your pre-order items, refresh the website, choose "Australia" as your market of choice, and check out your items. We will send out your package within 1–3 business days from Australia with our discounted partner shipping!
Can I cancel my pre-order if I change my mind?
Pre-orders can be canceled up until 14th of Feb. After this date, all orders are finalized with our manufacturers, and cancellations are no longer possible.
Will I get updates on my pre-order status?
Yes! We’ll keep you updated at every step—when production is complete, when your bag is packed, and when it’s on its way, as well as any changes that may occur. Make sure to subscribe to email updates!
What happens if there are production or shipping delays?
We will notify you immediately if there are any delays and work to resolve them quickly. We chose our timeline and warehouse location in the U.S. specifically to allow for potential delays while ensuring Northern Hemisphere customers receive their bags on time.
Why are pre-orders limited in quantity?
We’ve limited pre-orders to ensure the highest quality and timely fulfillment. Once these sell out, we will not restock—so secure yours early!
Can I combine multiple pre-orders into one shipment to save on shipping?
You can! If we have in-stock items that you want to receive with your pre-order, let us know your order number, and we’ll combine them for you to save on shipping.
Will I be charged immediately or when the order ships?
You will be charged at the time of placing your pre-order to secure your bag. This helps us prepare your order and avoid overselling.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. However, please note that some international customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes once that threshold is met in a financial year.
Are the Dominate Bags NFL Approved?
Yes, our Dominate Stadium Bags meet NFL stadium and concert venue size requirements (12” x 6” x 12”) and the Mini meets restrictive requirements (6.5x4.5").
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Installment payments such as Afterpay and Zippay will be available later this year.
How do I update my shipping address if I entered it wrong?
Contact us via live chat, socials, or email, and we’ll update your shipping address in our system.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some popular items will be restocked. If demand is high, we’ll work to ensure limited items don’t stay sold out for long.
Do you only make Stray Kids items?
We are focusing on Stray Kids for now, as we have many ideas that aren't out there yet, and will be expanding to other bands in the second half of the year!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on location. Pre-orders will be shipped from the U.S. in April:
- America: 1–5 business days
- UK: 3–10 business days
- International: 5–13 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you notice tracking issues, contact us immediately.
Do you offer free shipping?
After the pre-order period, we will offer free shipping for orders over certain amounts and during promotions. Sign up for email updates to stay informed about offers!
