Photocard Sale Terms

By purchasing a photocard, you agree to the following:

1. All sales are final unless the item is significantly different from its description or condition.

2. Before dispatch, you will receive:

   • Video proof of your photocards.
   • Packing confirmation.
   • A final condition confirmation.

   Your order will not be dispatched until you have confirmed that you are happy to proceed.

3. All photocard orders are shipped with tracking only. Untracked shipping is not available.
   
   
4. Tracked Shipping is payable post checkout unless you have requested and received approval for a merge with an existing order.
   
   
5. If you would like to merge your order, please submit a merge request using the provided form.
   
   

6. Please record a continuous unboxing video from the sealed parcel through to opening the contents.
   
   Claims for missing, incorrect or damaged photocards cannot be assessed without an unedited unboxing video.

7. If a return is approved, the original photocard must first be returned for inspection.

   A refund will only be processed after the returned card has been received and its condition verified.

8. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims relating to missing or incorrect items may require the original photocard to be returned before any refund or resolution is provided.
   
   
9. Orders cannot be cancelled for change of mind after confirmation
