Hi there,

I’m currently preparing a major shop update and taking a short break to rest after dispatching over 1,200 handmade orders.

The store will reopen soon with improved shipping rates and a short preorder window for upcoming items (dispatching June 4).

If you have a genuine issue with your order, feel free to reach out; but please triple-check your full package first.

Every order is filmed during packing, and in every single case so far, "missing" items were later found tucked safely inside the packaging.

This store is run by one person, and time is not something I have much of. The free extras you receive were a personal gift, not charged.

Please respect that by checking carefully before reaching out.
