  • You acknowledge that placing an order using false information, stolen payment methods, or unauthorized credit cards is considered fraud.

    Fraudulent Activity:
    We take fraudulent orders seriously. Any orders suspected of fraud, including unauthorized credit card use or identity theft, will be canceled, and the relevant details will be reported to the necessary authorities for investigation. This includes sharing information with law enforcement agencies or fraud prevention organizations as required.
    We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed suspicious or non-compliant with our Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Pre-Orders

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, minor variations may occur (e.g., slight color differences due to screen settings).
  • Pre-Orders: By placing a pre-order, you agree to the estimated timelines provided. Pre-orders cannot be canceled after the date given in our product descriptions as production will be finalized.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless changed to your local currency. 
  • Accepted Payments: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order to secure your item.
  • Taxes: Any applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) will be displayed at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days for in-stock items. Pre-orders will be shipped based on the provided timeline (e.g., April 2025 for stadium bags).
  • International Shipping: Customs fees and import taxes may apply based on your location. You are responsible for any such fees.
  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs after the items have left our warehouse, but we will do our best to assist if your package is delayed or lost.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days days of receipt in original, unused condition with tags.
  • Exclusions: Pre-orders and custom items are not eligible for returns unless faulty.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact support@seoulsessions.com.au. Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method, minus any shipping fees.

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
