1. General Information
As a one person team, I do my absolute best to pack and ship your orders quickly and carefully. Below you'll find important info about timelines, shipping fees, and what to expect with both in-stock and preorder items.
2. In-Stock Orders
Processing Time:
In stock orders are dispatched within 7 business days, depending on workload and demand.
Shipping Options & Timeframes:
You can choose from multiple shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on where you live:

Australia: 2–7 business days

USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

UK & Europe: 10–15 business days

Other International: 12–20 business days

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
3. Pre-Orders
Preorders let you reserve special items ahead of production — many of which are limited-edition or handmade.
Estimated Timeframes:
Each preorder item includes an estimated shipping timeframe on its product page. I also post updates via email and the Update Blog as things progress.
Combined Orders (Preorder + In-stock):
If you order both types in the same checkout:

Everything will be shipped together once the latest preorder item is ready.

If you'd prefer to get your in-stock items sooner, you're welcome to place two separate orders or reach out to me to discuss options.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages
Sometimes delays happen due to things like customs or courier backlogs - especially during busy periods. If your order seems delayed or you think it may be lost:

Delays during holidays or global events are more common, thank you for your patience!
Important Note:
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, neither I nor Australia Post can retrieve it. You’ll need to lodge a stolen package investigation with your country’s postal service.
5. Customs Fees & Import Taxes
Depending on your country, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
I’ll always do my best to flag any likely fees in advance, especially for international orders.
6. Address Changes
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact me right away. Changes can only be made before your order is shipped - once it's out the door, I can’t alter the destination.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or not quite right:

Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

I’ll happily replace the item or offer a refund in line with the Refund & Return Policy.
