Orders must be placed by the end of January to secure production.
Samples arrive early February, but production is locked before that so bags can arrive in May.
All updates (timing, changes, progress) will live in the Preorder Update Blog, with highlights shared on Instagram and email.
Samples will be posted publicly once received. If you’re unhappy with the final samples, you may cancel your order (though they usually turn out even cuter than mockups).
Rush option available for April delivery (limited, extra cost).
Orders are dispatched in purchase order, earlier orders ship first.
