🚧 Store Update in Progress

Hi there,

I’m currently preparing a major shop update and taking a short break to rest after dispatching over 1,200 handmade orders.

The store will reopen soon with improved shipping rates and a short preorder window for upcoming items (dispatching June 4).

🖤 A Note on Freebies & False Claims

Over the past few weeks, I’ve received a growing number of messages from customers claiming missing freebies, only to later confirm after checking footage and being sent proof that they were found, tucked safely in the packaging, or accidentally overlooked. Every single one of these cases has required hours of rewatching footage, combing through stacks of product, and emotional labor that goes unseen.

I’ve also sent out free extras at my own cost - birthday packs, upgraded bags, bonus accessories, to be kind, only to have that generosity quietly taken for granted or misunderstood.

Please remember that I am a one person small business.

Due to this:

👉 From now on, freebies will only be included when clearly stated on your product page at the time of purchase.

👉 I will not be re-sending, chasing down, or replacing bonus items — especially when they were never part of a paid order and were a generosity.

👉 If a claim is submitted that turns out to be false, future purchases will no longer be allowed.

This isn’t to be harsh. This is to protect what’s left of my energy, so I can continue building something sustainable and joyful for the people who do respect it.
