Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
If your tracking hasnโt updated after a reasonable time please reach out to me ASAP atย help@seoulsessionsco.com so I can investigate and escalate with AusPost or the relevant courier.
๐ Do you offer free shipping?
Right now, I donโt offer free shipping, but hereโs why:
As a small business, I partner with Australia Post to offer heavily discounted shipping, and I pass those savings directly on to you. Offering free shipping is something I would love to do as I grow, but at this stage, it's not financially viable, especially as the partnership itself is costly to even be eligable.
That said, I often include free bonus items, loyalty rewards, and packing upgrades as a thank you ๐
