โฑ How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on location and whether your item is in stock or a preorder.

  • In-stock items: Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch, depending on workload. If this changes or there are delays, I will either mention it on the website, or if it is only you who are affected, will email you with an update.ย 

  • Preorders: These have varying production timelines which will be updated frequently on your specific preorder update page (linked in your confirmation email).

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
If your tracking hasnโ€™t updated after a reasonable time please reach out to me ASAP atย help@seoulsessionsco.com so I can investigate and escalate with AusPost or the relevant courier.



๐Ÿšš Do you offer free shipping?
Right now, I donโ€™t offer free shipping, but hereโ€™s why:
As a small business, I partner with Australia Post to offer heavily discounted shipping, and I pass those savings directly on to you. Offering free shipping is something I would love to do as I grow, but at this stage, it's not financially viable, especially as the partnership itself is costly to even be eligable.

That said, I often include free bonus items, loyalty rewards, and packing upgrades as a thank you ๐Ÿ’–
