Order Support Options:
- Track Your Order: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to check your order's journey from dispatch to delivery.
- Update Shipping Information: Need to change your address? Contact me before your order ships, and i'll make sure your details are updated.

Delayed/Damaged Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or if you received a damaged item, let me know right away!

Lost/Stolen Orders: If an order has been marked as "Delivered" but is not at your address, please note that there is very little I can do on my end, as Aus Post and the Local courier at your end will see the delivery notice and give no further information as they have "done their part", due to this, if you have had an item that has been marked as delivered, please contact your postal service as they will have forms that can compensate for any stolen packages.
If an item is still in tracking but hasn't moved or been delivered, there is a possibility that it may have been lost on the way, though the actual occurrences of this being the case is extraordinarily low. Please let me know, and I can see if I can get the postal system to get it moving again with some investigation.
Tips for a Quick Resolution:
- Have your order number handy when contacting.
- Let me know the email address used during checkout so I can locate your order quickly.
- Provide screenshots or photos if you're reporting a technical issue or damaged item to speed up the resolution process.
When to Expect a Response:
- I do my best to respond within 24 hours during the workweek. During high-volume periods (like preorder launches), it may take a bit longer, but I promise you won’t be left hanging!
