Master Update

Update 8th September:

I can only send emails to update you guys if you've whitelisted me, as the last update email I did, someone marked me as spam, and so now I can't email anyone that doesn't actively have me in their main inbox and interacted with until that percentage goes down. 

Because it was an update email, it only went out to 100 people, and just 1 person was enough to kill my delivery percentage rate. 

So unfortunately, this and my stories are now the only place I can update you.

Update: My warehouse assistant left for a full time job abruptly two weeks ago, and it has been really really difficult to keep up with all of the orders while also trying to keep this store alive, and I'm going to be honest, I'm failing at it, I'm getting exhausted, and I want these orders out as much as you do as I just want a break and downsize now. I have one person to help me only for this week and next week on Thursday/Friday. I'll be doing everything I can to clear this this month so I can just move on to downsizing. This level of orders is going to kill me if I don't get much more help or have only tiny intakes from now on. So that is what I will be looking to do from here on out. I also want this over so I can just do that and rest.

Star Totes: I will be tariffing these Thursday/Friday, Dispatch Next Friday, as that's the only time I have this new helper. 

Gummies: I will also be tariffing these this weekend, those who asked for their gummies to be sent directly have been sent, the others will be dispatched once they arrive with me and tariffs have been paid. 

Unit/Solo/Stay Star Launch: Everyone who does not have a tote, or is not waiting on a tote/asked for some items to be sent ahead is either sent or in progress (for USA, this is only the case if tariffs have been paid) 
If you have not received a dispatch email, but have paid tariffs over 5 days ago, please let me know and I will sort it out. 
If you have not received tariffs at all, let me know. There were a few, and I already have them slated to do in the next few days.

WTS/PC: Please check your emails, and fill out the form as I will need a way to contact you easily to handle the proofs and get your orders out. Alternatively you can just message me with:

Your order number, Your name, and stating clearly it is for WTS/PC. I can then send the proofs to you and get it sent out the same time if you approve. 

Everything else, just email me.
