Thanks so much for supporting a small, one woman shop. Preorders help fund the creation of each item, which means every order is made just for you.

Please read the following terms carefully before placing a preorder. By checking the box at checkout, you are acknowledging and agreeing to all the conditions below. If you need proof of your agreement via checkbox, I’m happy to provide timestamps and screenshots.

I know this sounds formal, but after a significant number of people took advantage of the system during the last launch, these terms are necessary to protect the store and ensure it can keep going. None of this is meant to be harsh, it’s simply clear, fair, and in line with the standards of any responsible business.

Please note that all General Terms and Conditions are also applicable to Preorders unless stated otherwise.

✅ 1. Preorder Timeframes & Dispatch Order

Unless you selected and paid for an express freight upgrade, all preorders are estimated to dispatch between Late October – Late November, with delivery timeframes varying by region and shipping method.

These dates are estimates only. Delays from manufacturing, customs, or couriers may occur.

You will recieve updates on all accurate timings of dispatch via email and the preorder blogs dedicated to each bag. Please ensure you are checking spam, or your regular emails as I may be found in both. If you are having trouble seeing my update emails, you can find all other information in the update blogs.

Orders are packed and shipped in the order they were received.

I cannot accommodate requests to "jump the queue" — please choose express shipping at checkout if you are on a deadline.

I cannot offer refunds for missed concerts, birthdays, or events caused by delays within the expected shipping timeframe.

✅ 2. Special Bundles, Unboxings & Freebies
Between July 3rd and July 22nd, select items such as the All Rounder, Gummy bags and Shopper tote, include bonus unboxing experiences or freebie bundles for PayPal purchases. These are only applicable to Paypal purchases.

These offers are clearly outlined on product pages or launch announcements.

Freebies are not guaranteed for every order and are only included if explicitly stated.

Surprise extras (e.g. stickers, postcards) are gifts, not part of your paid product, and may change based on stock availability or shipping conditions.

Orders outside of the promo window or paid with other methods may not include these extras.

✅ 3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

I totally understand that things can change. However:

All preorders include a non-refundable processing fee based on payment method (PayPal, Shopify, etc.).

These fees are not refunded to me when an order is cancelled, and they significantly impact small shop margins.

Cancellations are only possible before your item enters production. Once manufacturing begins, your order is committed and cannot be refunded. Please be sure about your order before ordering.

✅ 4. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International buyers (outside Australia) are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges imposed by your country.
This may include:

New laws (like the possible reduction of the U.S. $800 de minimis threshold)

VAT/GST charges

Customs holding or clearance fees

I do not control or receive these fees, and I cannot reimburse them. Please check your country's policies before ordering.

✅ 5. Communication & Updates

I post detailed preorder updates on my website, including dispatch timelines, delays, and progress.

Email updates will be sent to the address used at checkout (please check spam/junk folders).

Behind-the-scenes updates are often shared on Instagram Stories. Each major bag/project will also have its own Story Highlight for easy reference, as well as their own blog page on this website for easy access to updates.

✅ 6. Quality & Video Proof

All orders are packed by hand and recorded on video to ensure accuracy and protect against false claims.

If something appears missing:

Please double check your packaging, confirmation email, and packing slip.

If something was out of stock, I will have emailed you with a delivery timeline or refund details.

False claims are taken seriously and may result in being banned from future purchases.

✅ 7. Agreement & Chargebacks

By checking the Terms & Conditions box at checkout, you are formally agreeing to all terms listed here.

All preorder customers accept that dispatch may take up to the full estimated timeframe.

Chargebacks due to misunderstanding the preorder model (e.g. expecting immediate shipping) will be contested using:

Your checkbox agreement,

Product description screenshots, and

Order timestamps.

✅ 8. Address Issues & Delivery Liability

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout or one confirmed by you in writing.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

The customer must pay for re-delivery.

If a parcel is refused at customs or not collected:

I will refund your item minus the original shipping and processing fees, only once the item is returned in sellable condition.

Parcels marked as "Delivered" but lost or stolen must be investigated via your local courier or post office. I am not liable for stolen parcels, and Australia Post and most countries postal systems will not investigate further once it has been marked as "Delivered"

I am not liable for delays or disruptions caused by:

Natural disasters, customs delays, global pandemics, postal strikes, war, cyberattacks, or any other external factors.

✅ 9. Product Notes, Handmade Variants & Data Privacy

Many items are small-batch, preorder-exclusive, or handmade.

Some products may contain minor imperfections typical of overseas or handcrafted production. These are not considered defects unless they impact functionality or have greatly changed the aesthetic of the product.

Items with visible imperfections may be marked as "B-Grade" and will not be substituted for A-grade items without your permission (only if A-grade stock is unavailable).

All personal information collected (e.g. name, email, address) is only used for order processing and updates. I will never share or sell your data.
