At the moment, I’m deep in the middle of packing and dispatching all First Batch orders — and updating the shop. I will be away from emails unless they are urgent to get the orders out as fast as possible. Please read below for any information you may need:

First Batch Orders are all Orders going to Seattle and San Fransisco (So long as you have notified me), and all orders made in early access up until the 19th of Jan. All orders made after the 19th of Jan will be going out with the Second Batch which are due to arrive on the 28th of April. Please note that this is only so long as they get through customs within the estimated time, they could take 1-2 days longer depending.

If you have received a shipment notification but nothing has moved yet, please note that I am printing ahead of packing in order to sort them all and double check them, they should be updated shortly as I am in the process of packing! Please also note as it is the easter holidays, there will be unlikely to be any updates as the postal systems will not be working during these periods.

If you have not recieved a shipping notificiation and are apart of the first batch, I will still be packing these over the easter holidays - there would have just been a small issue with either addresses, emails, etc that needed to be amended in the background so the packages could arrive with you safely. These will be picked up on Tuesday (your monday)

All orders in Second Batch will be going out based on when you made the order starting from the 20th of Jan (Australian Time), and will be dispatched from there. Your orders WILL arrive to you before the concert. I am only one person, packing 10 hours a day, please allow me the time to do so.

If you ordered multiple items and used a different email to order one than the other, then they have gone out separately, as the system does not flag this for me to merge. I apologise, but they will be going out as two seperate orders.

Second Batch orders will be going out at the End of April. LA and Arlington orders that have not yet gone out already with the first batch, will be sent out first, followed by each order by the date that they were made. All orders should be with you at least a month before your concert if not more.

We are shipping from Australia, however as the Di Minimis rule still remains in place, and we are shipping with Australia Post and USPS, you should not need to pay tariffs.
I promise your order hasn’t been forgotten — it’s either apart of the second batch or just being lovingly packed with your freebies and new items!

Once it’s dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Please note that Second Batch emails have not gone out yet, nor has an additional update email outside of all of those in the First Batch. If you are apart of the first batch, or haven't EVER received an email from me since before March 20, please check your spam as I may be there. If not, it's likely you are not signed up to my emails, and therefore I cannot contact you. To negate this I will have the blog updates up as soon as I can so that you can check them whenever needed, as you're missing out on ALOT!
