I know that it can be a bit nervy when you haven't received much correspondence and you just want to know that you are in fact getting your order, that's entirely my bad.
The below is some more info:
Firstly, I'm sorry it's taken me longer than expected to get this update out. I've been building something that's hopefully really clear, easy to follow... and I may have gotten a little stuck on making it perfect. 🙈
I'm almost finished now, and it should be live within the next 24 hours. (2nd July AEST)
For now, here's where we're at:
- I've now organised every order into dispatch groups for the month.
- There will be approximately 7 dispatches across the month, and every order has been allocated to one of them.
- You'll receive an email letting you know which dispatch your order is part of.
Rather than announcing every dispatch date at once, I'm going to release them in stages. I want to make sure Dispatches 1–3 are running on schedule before confirming the timelines for Dispatches 4–5, and then 6–7. This helps avoid giving anyone inaccurate dates if something unexpected pops up.
Dispatches will generally happen once per week.
The exception is Dispatch 4, which contains approximately 500 orders. That dispatch will take place over the course of a full week. After that, Dispatches 5, 6 and 7 will continue on a weekly schedule.
I've intentionally planned things this way because, at the moment, packing is being handled by either myself or one warehouse assistant. I want to make sure dispatch stays organised, accurate and sustainable, rather than trying to rush everything at once and creating mistakes or burnout.
Working in weekly dispatches also gives us time between shipments to:
- restock packaging and supplies if needed,
- reorganise the warehouse after large dispatches,
- resolve any unexpected issues,
- and continue running the rest of the business alongside fulfilment.
I know this isn't the fastest possible approach, but it is the one that allows me to get every order out within the month, rather than creating a backlog that could take months to untangle afterward.
Before the large dispatch begins, I'll also be launching a tracking page that lets you view the customer side of our dispatch system.
You'll be able to search your order number and see:
- which dispatch your order is in,
- whether it's waiting on anything,
- whether tariffs still need to be paid,
- if an item is arriving separately or is temporarily out of stock,
- and the current status of your order.
This tool is still being built alongside everything else I'm working on, so thank you for your patience while I get everything in place. I know many of you have been waiting a longer than you thought you would, and I really appreciate your understanding while I focus on making this process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Before Preorders Close (dependent on each collection's preorder period):
You can cancel your preorder (note: some platform and processing fees WILL apply, I cannot front those costs anymore. Please be sure of your order before making it) -
Before Freight Shipment Begins:
Want your item earlier (e.g. for a birthday)? You can upgrade to rush freight if applicable. Please let me know if there is something needed at a specific time.

Before Packaging Is Ordered:
Fall in love with the Gift Packaging? You can add it to your order when previewed here. -
Before Dispatch Begins:
Add small in stock items or accessories to combine with your bag order, as long as they arrive in time!
You can also switch between Standard or Express shipping if needed.
Once an order is placed, I’m unable to offer refunds, everything from materials and freight to packaging and fees is paid up front so your spot is fully secured.
This applies even if you decide to refuse the new tariffs.
You can review the Preorder Terms & Conditions agreed to at checkout anytime, and if you’d like a copy of your signed confirmation (with date and timestamp), just let me know and I’ll send it through ✨
