Master Update

Hi guys,

Two updates:

One, it is a long weekend here, so any orders that have yet to have a scan won't be until Monday at least. However, the below will also help with getting true + live updates with your order so that you don't need to worry or have to check in with me for anything, as it's more automatic. See below! 

(This is not live just yet, but is complete, and I will tag all orders starting tomorrow, theres not actually that many left, so it won't take too long, it's just now the little fiddly things that had to be remade or fixed, the gummies, or the remaining preorders)

One big update is that I have finished the Status Updater, which is a page on the website that will allow you to look up your order and get the exact detailed updates for each of your orders, should there be any still outstanding. 

With each status change, will be an automatic email as well, so you will get updates much faster, with emails I've written, that will be attached to any orders of yours that it is relevant to. 

Eg. If something was not in your dispatched order due to needing to get it remade, was out of stock at the time, or that item was delayed, your order will now have a status under it that will state the update for it, when it is on its way, etc. 

I've taken the time to add really specific updates, so you will have them for basically every thing that has arised over the past few months eg. If your order is on pending and I have to investigate with aus post as it has been lodged, I'll select your order with an update status of "Currently investigating order, will send out a replacement if necessary / update with new information" and you will get that email automatically once that is tagged, and any changes from then on.

It also allows me to give estimated dates for things, so I will also do that where applicable.

If you have let me know something, and I need to get it out for you or I need to invoice you for anything, it will also be there with that specific status until it moves to the next one. :) 

This makes it easier for me to keep track of everything that is going on, is easier for me to check if anything is still outstanding, lets me know if we've already spoken and is basically my to do list, that gets ticked off every day if theres an update to give, and also lets you know exactly what you need to, and is much more automatic and simpler than how i've been trying to update everyone in the past. It's essentially a checklist that I can click a drop down status for, and it will send you the update :)

Theres nothing else you need to do from here, the status updater will send you an email automatically with a link to where to find the page, and also any information about your specific orders update, and if there is anything that I need from you, you can just respond to that email and I can note it, and move you to the next status :) 

This does take alot off my plate, and also allows you to now see absolutely everything and get a super detailed snapshot of everything pertaining to your order, and if there is anything that I need to contact you about, it is just a click for me, and it will update you!
