Preorder Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully before placing a preorder.
By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to all conditions outlined below.

If proof of agreement is required, timestamps and checkout confirmation screenshots can be provided.
These terms are not intended to be harsh. They exist to ensure clarity, fairness, and the ongoing ability for this small business to operate sustainably.
Please note that all General Terms and Conditions are also applicable to Preorders unless stated otherwise.
Thanks so much for supporting a small, one woman shop. Preorders help fund the creation of each item, which means every order is made just for you.
1. Preorder Timeframes & Dispatch Order
New Items from the 9th November Launch
Please refer to the estimated timeframe listed beneath the “Preorder” button on each product page.
Estimated timeframes are provided in good faith and are not guarantees.
Timeframes may change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, material availability, or workload volume. Any changes will be communicated via official update channels.

Specific Items
Karma & Seungmo Strikers Bags
These bags are currently estimated to be completed and dispatched in March.
This is an estimate only and may change. Dispatch may occur earlier or later depending on production conditions.
Karma Striker & Seungmo Hats
These hats are embroidered in house and require extended production time depending on order volume.
Current estimate:

These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If you require an item by a specific date, you must contact me before placing your order.
Orders placed without prior confirmation are accepted under the stated preorder timeframe only.
Orders are packed and shipped in the order they were received.
Refunds cannot be issued for missed events (concerts, birthdays, etc.) that fall within the stated or updated preorder timeframe.
2. Bundles, Unboxings & Freebies
Orders placed between July 3rd and July 22nd, 2025
Eligible items included bonus unboxing experiences, as stated at the time of purchase.
Orders placed after July launches
Freebies or surprise extras are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the product page or launch announcement.
Any included extras are complimentary gifts and are not part of the purchased product.
They may vary by order and are subject to availability.
Only offers explicitly stated at the time of purchase are guaranteed.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
All preorders include non refundable processing fees charged by payment providers. These fees are not returned to the store if an order is cancelled.
Cancellations are only possible before the order enters production or material sourcing.
Once production begins, the order is considered committed and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Preorders are produced in limited quantities based on preorder numbers. Unsold stock is not guaranteed to be resold after preorder periods close.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International customers (outside Australia) are responsible for all import-related charges imposed by their country, including but not limited to:

VAT / GST

Customs clearance or handling fees

U.S. tariffs (currently applicable to all U.S. orders)
These fees are not included at checkout and may be invoiced closer to dispatch if required.
Orders cannot be cancelled due to refusal or failure to pay customs or tariff fees.
Failure to pay required fees will result in the order being held or cancelled without refund of original shipping or processing fees.
5. Communication & Updates
Preorder updates are shared via:

Discord (optional community updates)
Customers are responsible for monitoring these channels.
Failure to receive or review updates due to spam filtering, incorrect email addresses, or unmonitored inboxes does not invalidate the stated preorder timeframe and is not grounds for cancellation or dispute.

6. Quality Control & Video Proof
All orders are packed by hand and recorded on video for accuracy and record keeping.
Customers are strongly encouraged to record their unboxing.
If an item appears missing:

Check packaging thoroughly

Review order confirmation and packing slip

Contact the store with details
Claims may require evidence submission.
False claims may result in refusal of future service.
7. Agreement & Chargebacks
By checking the Terms & Conditions box at checkout, you formally agree to all preorder terms.
Chargebacks related to preorder misunderstandings (including expected dispatch timing or update frequency) will be contested using:

Order timestamps

Published update logs
8. Address Issues & Delivery Responsibility
Orders ship to the address provided at checkout or one confirmed in writing.
If a parcel is returned due to:

Incorrect address
-
Failure to collect
-
Customs refusal
The customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
Refunds (minus original shipping and processing fees) are only issued once the item is returned in sellable condition.
Parcels marked as Delivered but lost or stolen must be investigated with the local postal service.
The store is not liable for theft after confirmed delivery.
9. Product Notes & Data Privacy
Many items are small-batch, preorder-exclusive, or handmade.
Minor imperfections consistent with manufacturing or handmade production are not considered defects unless functionality is affected.
Personal information is used solely for order processing and updates and is never shared or sold.
